You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. WhatsApp Policy Compliance

Users must comply with WhatsApp Business API policies, including consent, template usage, and messaging rules. Zepofy is not responsible for violations caused by user actions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Zepofy for:

  • Spam or unsolicited messaging

  • Illegal, misleading, or harmful activities

  • Violating customer privacy or consent

  • Circumventing WhatsApp or platform restrictions

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Some Zepofy features require paid subscriptions

  • Pricing is subject to change with notice

  • Failure to pay may result in service interruption

Refunds, if applicable, follow Zepofy’s billing policies.

7. Service Availability

Zepofy strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or third-party dependencies may affect access temporarily.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zepofy shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Data loss caused by third-party services

  • Message delivery failures due to WhatsApp restrictions

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. Termination of Services

Zepofy may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, misuse, or legal requirements. Users may terminate accounts according to subscription terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All Zepofy software, branding, content, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Zepofy. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Modifications to Terms

Zepofy may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance.
