4. Non-Refundable Situations

Change of mind after subscription activation
Partial usage or non-usage of the service
Suspension or termination due to policy violations
WhatsApp Business API limitations, rejections, or policy enforcement
Third-party service issues outside Zepofy’s control
5. Usage-Based and API Charges
Charges related to WhatsApp Business API usage, message delivery, template approvals, or third-party services are non-refundable, as these costs are billed directly by external providers.
